About the artist
Irina Sukhanova was born in 1966 in Moscow. As a child, she was fond of creativity, at the age of 44 she again began to try herself in painting. She studied under the guidance of Igor Sakharov and Nadezhda Ilyina.
Irina's work is multifaceted, she creates both realistic and hyperrealistic plots and abstractions, she can work in different techniques using different bright and calm colors.
"My art is a constant journey. On the one hand, I just depict the beauty and perfection of the surrounding world. On the other hand, some of my works reveal details that were not initially visible to the viewer. I am always interested in what is hidden beyond human perception."
Irina takes part in exhibitions and international competitions in Moscow. She also held personal exhibitions in Russia. Has a private collection in the UK
