In 1988 he graduated from the Uzhgorod Art School. In 1996 he graduated from the sculptural department of the Art and Industry Academy. V. Mukhina in St. Petersburg. Since 1997 he has been a member of the Union of Artists of Russia. Works in the technique of bronze casting and forging. Fedor came up with his own system of pictorial signs, his own expressive language. The result is a striking, always recognizable style.
In 2006, a monument to the Water Carrier was erected in Kronstadt by order of the City Vodokanal of St. Petersburg. In 2007 - the Metropolitan Museum acquired the bronze sculpture "Miner".
Sculptures by Fyodor Krushelnitsky are in the collections of the Central Exhibition Hall "Manege", St. Petersburg, the St. Petersburg Metropolitan Museum, the Donetsk Regional Art Museum, as well as in private and corporate collections in Russia, Germany, and the USA.
