Meet Natalie Cohen, living and creating in Tel Aviv
An Israeli realist painter who immigrated to Israel from Germany at the age of 19 alone, the granddaughter of a Holocaust survivor.
Her works deal with Israeli-Jewish identity and past-future questions.
Her paintings stem from deep emotional connections to the subject of the painting, which she tries to convey as realistically as possible and to freeze the spectrum of emotions from the turbulent reality that lies within it.

2019 - Studied in the Netherlands with Marissa Australian
2008 - Drawing studies at the Tel Aviv Museum
2012 - Photography studies at Glitz School of Photography
