Concord King David wine bottle given by the Admor Rabbi Pinchas Menachem Alter of Gur (the Pnei Menachem). With a note testifying: “wine I received from Maran the Admor Shlita on 26th of Nissan 1995…”. The bottle is closed and sealed with plastic.
