In 1908, Rabbi Yechiel Michel Tukachinsky initiated the purchase of a large plot of land in Machane Yehuda for the establishment of a branch of the Old City yeshiva. This booklet was used to raise funds from Jewish communities worldwide for the construction of a building. Dated according to the Bibliographic Project.
