The letter is addressed to Rabbi Yosef Moskowitz and thanks him for his donation of 10 liras. Text in lithograph, with the handwritten name of the addressee and signature of the Admor.

Rabbi Yechezkel Shraga Lipshitz Halberstam, the author of "Divrei Yechezkel Shraga", settled himself in a beis medrash in Meah Shearim, Jerusalem. He died in Kislev, 1995.
