DUTCH INDONESIAN PASTEL PAINTING PAPER BY H SNEL
Hans Snel (Dutch, Indonesian, 1925 - 1998) pastel painting on paper depicting a cubist lying nude woman figure. Signed and, probably, dated, lower right. Framed. Snel’s signature style in cubism combines geometric female forms, bold patterns, and vibrant colors with rhythmic patches of light and shade, evoking movement and depth.
