Состояние в целом хорошее. Списанный экземпляр финской библиотеки. Обложка загрязнена (особенно тыльная сторона), в пятнах. Порывы на корешке. Затеки по краям некоторых страниц. Библиотечная наклейка на тыльной обложке.
Ранее книга была в составе библиотеки финского города Турку. Яков Григорьевич Жилинский (1853-1918) — русский генерал от кавалерии, начальник Генштаба (1911-1914), в 1914 году варшавский генерал-губернатор и командующий войсками Варшавского военного округа. Считается главным виновником провала Восточно-Прусской наступательной операции, с которой началась Первая мировая война.
