Состояние хорошее. Фрагмент наклейки и владельческая подпись [А.В. Гиппиус V.1936] на форзаце. Следы вытертых штампов на тыльной стороне обложки.
По всей видимости книги принадлежала , Александр Васильевич Гиппиусу (1878-1942) — юристу, одному из ближайших друзей юности А. А. Блока.
Лазаревский Иван Иванович (1880-1948), художественный критик, знаток антиквариата. В 1921-24 годах издавал журнал «Среди коллекционеров». В книгу включены разделы: «Редкие русские издания», «Русская мебель», «Фарфор», «Памятки прошлого». В разделе «Редкие русские издания» подробно описаны редкие иллюстрированные издания, книги с интересной судьбой, старинные военные, театральные, масонские издания. В заключение раздела – рассказ об антикварах-книжниках прошлого.
