ספר ערבי נחל, "חיבור נפלא על התורה", מאת רבי דוד שלמה אייבשיץ אב"ד סראקא. זיטומיר, תרי"ח 1858. דפוס רבי חנינא ליפא ורבי יהושע העשיל שפירא, נכדי הרב מסלאוויטא.
בדף המגן האחורי רישומי בעלות של רבי מנחם נחום יודאוויץ.
128, 199-137; 86; 112; 150; 214 עמ'. חסרים 4 דפים (עמ' 136-129 מהספירה הראשונה). 21.5 ס"מ. נייר כהה בחלקו. מצב טוב-בינוני. כתמים, בהם כתמי רטיבות וכתמים כהים. קרעים חסרים בשולי עמ' 81-86 מהספירה השנייה, עם פגיעות בטקסט, משוקמים בהדבקות נייר. סימני עש עם פגיעה בטקסט במספר דפים. חותמות ורישומים בכתב-יד. כריכת עור חדשה.
