Stan Hoffman was the nephew of crime lord Meyer Lansky, the man who invented Las Vegas as a gambling mecca by building the first hotel in the Nevada desert.

Stan Hoffman was a music producer who worked with Fats Domino and Chuck Berry. Stan was the producer who talked Chuck Berry into recording a song he didn't want to do and earning him a fortune on the back of seven-million sales worldwide -My Ding A Ling.

Stan Hoffman managed, advised and/or promoted 38 world champions during his nearly 50 years in the boxing industry, ? according to the Atlantic City Boxing Hall of Fame in conjunction with Hoffmans induction with the class of 2019.

This is an 1892 Broadside declaring WAR!. The event was for a concert and military display being held in Prospect Park, in Brooklyn, NY. It was held on September 17th, 1892 - The anniversary of the Battle of Antietam, Md. 1862, and Commemorative also of the close of the war with Spain 1898.On the verso of the frame a label states that this piece came from the Shawmut Bank, 40 Water Street, Boston Mass where it hung for over 100 years. The broadside is authentic and genuine. It is framed and matted and is in very good to fine condition. Framed it measures 9.5 by 21.75 inches (approx).
