A lengthy, special letter handwritten and signed by the great Gaon Rabbi Elimelech Ashkenazi Rav of the Adas Yisroel community of Melbourne, Australia and previously the Rav of Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Sent to the great Gaon Rabbi Moshe Yehuda Leib the Rav of Bnei Berak when he was appointed Rav of Bnei Berak after the passing of his great father the Gaon Rabbi Yaakov Landau. Adar B 1986.
The letter contains warm blessings. In addition, Rabbi Ashkenazi recounts his friendship with the late Rabbi Landua and describes the special memorial service that was held for him in Australia.
