Paliteiro "Anfitrite" em prata "Anfitrite, P.278g.
Toothpick holder "Anfitrite" in Portuguese silver, 19th century. Mythological figure of Amphitrite with shell (staff and ribbon are missing), standing on a plinth with a quadrangular base with four claw feet. Shell and crown with traces of gold. With Porto hallmark (P-37 or variant), in use from 1855 to 1861, and MIG goldsmith's mark (P-499.0), attributable to Manuel Gonçalves. Faults, scratches and minor defects. Approx. weight: 278 g.; Approx. height: 18.5 cm.
