מכתב מאת האדמו"ר מנחם מנדל שניאורסון – הרבי מליובאוויטש, חתום בחתימת יד קדשו. ברוקלין, ניו יורק, י"ז מרחשון תשכ"ד [1963].
מודפס במכונת כתיבה על נייר מכתבים רשמי של הרבי, חתום בחתימת יד קדשו, בתוספת מילים בכתב-ידו.
נשלח אל ר' פנחס דוד סגל (בר' חיים שלום סגל) בירושלים: "יהי רצון שיבשר בשו"ט בענינים הכללים ובענינים הפרטים, והרי באים אנו מחדש הכללי חודש השביעי, הוא המשובע והמשביע את כל השנה בטוב, טוב הנראה והנגלה... שמענינם להמשיך השמחה של תורה ומצוה בכל השנה כולה".
