Pair of silver Torah Finials (Rimonim), London, 1918
A pair of sterling silver Torah Finials (Rimonim), London, 1918. Decorated with reliefs and hammering work of floral motifs. With many gilded bells. On the head of each finial stands a gilded Eagle. Each finial is inscribed: "Presented to the Bishop Street Synagogue by Mrs. Rosenthal in Remembrance of her Beloved Son Maurice who Passed Away on the 10th of July, 1918". Height: 38 cm. Total weight: 1120 grams. Signed. Very minor flaws.
