Postcard from A. M. Lunz about the Arrangements for the Yerushalmi, to Shaul Pinchas Rabinowitz. Jerusalem, 1905
Postcard stamped by Rabbi Avraham Moshe Lunz (written by a scribe, as Lunz had already become blind by the time the postcard was written) to Shaul Pinchas Rabinowitz, who was known by the abbreviation 'Shefe"r.'
The postcard has a report from Lunz about preparations for printing the Jerusalem Talmud, and a request that Shefe"r donate some of his writings to
Jerusalem (edited by Lunz) or to the
Luach for the year 1905-6.
15x9.5 cm. Fine condition. Minimal stains and creases. Without a postage stamp.
