Havdala plate - hallmarked silver. Germany, start of the 20th century
Hallmarked silver [800 and other silver hallmarks], chasing and repousse. 320 grams. 26 cm. diameter. 4 cm. tall.
Decorated havdala plate. Star of David at center with Yiddish interior text: "Gut voch uner gut yahr" [Good week and a good year]. Surrounded by relief letters: Mitzvot Hashem Barah Me'irot Einayim". Nice decorative flowers and leaves on the rim. The plate stands on three legs, with round decorated handles on each side.
