Letter printed by stencil, signed by Rabbi Avraham Yitzchak HaKohen Kook, dated the 4th of Tammuz, 1923. Regarding some customs in Eretz Yisrael that predated the British rule.
Filing holes, tear in the bottom, not affecting text.
Very fine condition.
