An Enormous Collection of Some 400 Rabbinic Letters and Important Documents
Three binders full of hundreds of important paper items. 19th and 20th centuries.
Among them:
* Two binders containing dozens of Rabbinical letters, photographs of Rabbis, Rabbinical letters from the 19th century, lithographs [New Year cards and more], receipts of yeshivot and Torah institutions [with illustrations of synagogues and more] some of them early, posters on various topics, invitations to weddings of the families of Rebbes with handwriting inscriptions, receipts, raffle tickets of Torah institutions, rare booklets, booklets printed in one-off stencil printing, rare newspapers, New Year's greeting cards and more.
* A binder with dozens of leaves with lectures [typewritten] delivered by Rabbi Yechezkel Levenstein in the Mir Yeshiva in the Shanghai period, in 1946, with glosses from an unidentified writer. [It has not been checked if the lectures were published], and more.
The collection has not been thoroughly checked.
