Friendly letter to the rav"d of Cleveland, from 1958, written and signed by Rav"d Pinchas Epstein.
Rabbi Pinchas Epstein [d. 17th of Tevet, 1970], was the rav"d of the Eida Hacharedit in Jerusalem. He was a dayan on the Beit Din of the Eida HaCharedit during the era of Rabbi Yosef Chaim Sonnenfeld and Rabbi Yitzchak Yeruchem Diskin.
