Zizenhausen figurine, Basel, 19th century, "Totentanz" (Dance of Death), by Anton Sohn, ccolored clay, "Der Tod und der Herzog" (Death and the Duke), height 13,2 x 8,5 cm. The model for these groups of figures were the engravings by the Swiss-German engraver and publisher Matthäus Merian published in 1621.
