Collection of Stereoscope Photographs of the Holy Land
Collection of 95 colored stereoscopic photos depicting people and sites of the Holy Land. The images include: fruit sellers within Jaffa Gate, Gypsies outside the wall of Jerusalem, Group of Lepers, Consular general of Jerusalem, and the Hangman’s tree in Palestine. Published by T.W. Ingersoll. Circa the late 19th century.
Approximately 9X18 cm. Good condition, flaws to several cards (tears, losses, dirt), wear.
