ספר פרי עץ חיים למורינו הרב חיים וויטאל "מהרח"ו" - קוריץ תקמ"ב (1782) יוהן אנטון קריגר.

מצב בינוני. כתמים סימני שימוש. שיקומים ישנים בשש עשרה הדפים הראשונים. חלק מפינות הדפים התפוררו מרוב לימוד ונשרו לשם כך הוצמדו פיסות ניילון פרגמנט על מנת למנוע את הרס הדפים. חוסר של שורות שלמות בחלק מהדפים. מספר שורות מטושטשות ומחוקות עוד מימי ההדפסה. כנ"ל אחד עשרה הדפים האחרונים.
במצב הכללי ספר טוב במצב לימוד.
