Boris Aleksandrovich Brinskih (Russian, 1924-1998 oil painting on canvas, Old City (Bukhara), 1948. Signed in the Cyrillic and dated lower right. Additionally signed, titled, dated and inscribed on the back. Framed. Brinskih, a painter, graphic artist, professor. His paintings are perceived as bright, vivid scenes from the people's life: adobe houses, majestic plane trees, silvery-green poplars. Favorite motives - the old city of Tashkent, its streets, surrounding gardens and mosques.
