BM stands for Biały Metal which was a metal alloy invented by the Fraget Company. Biały Metal means White Metal which suggested that it has similar color to silver and if silverplate gets rubbed it will not be so visible
This is a Hollow Ware Warsaw silver plated item, made at the beginning of the 20th Century in the factories operated in
the Russian Empire by Bros. Henneberg, Bros. Buch, Wola Factory, Plewkiewicz & Schiffers
Has a break at the join of the Handle to the Bowl - see last photo - but quite stable and solid
