A document handwritten and signed by Rabbi Yisrael Yitzchak Reisman (1889-1969), who served for some 40 years as a rabbinical judge in the Badatz Ha'Eda Ha'Charedit in Jerusalem. The document, from November 1949, contains a recommendation for a student who successfully passed the test on the Baba Metzia tractate.
