An official envelope sent by Rabbi Zelig Reuven Bengis, the Chief Rabbi of the Eida HaHareidit in Jerusalem from 1937 until 1948 and author of the seven-volume Talmudic commentary Liflagot Reuven. On the envelope is written in his holy handwriting, "His honored excellence, the scholarly rabbi and crown of Torah, our teacher and rabbi R' Baruch Berman" of Jerusalem
