Four books with dedications by their authors:
1. Ha'Moadim Ba'Halacha, Festivals in Jewish Law. Jerusalem 5704 (1944). Dedication by author Rabbi Shlomo Yosef Zevin to Rabbi Meir Berlin .
Rabbi Shlomo Yosef Zevin (1885-1978), a famous brilliant scholar of the Torah, Chabad Hassid, member of the council of the Chief Rabbinate of Israel, and the first chairman of the 'Committee of Chabad Rabbis in the Holy Land'. Wrote many important books, among them: 'Ishim Ve'Shitot', 'Ha'Moadim Ba'Halacha' and others, and founded and wrote the first 12 volumes of Encylopedia Talmudit.
2. Lev Aryeh. London 5718 (1958). Dedication by author Rabbi Aryeh Leib Grosnes to Yitzchak and Yehudit Schreiber.
Rabbi Aryeh Leib Grosnes (1912-1996), head of the London rabbinical court. Immigrated to Israel in 1979 and lived in Bayit VeGan in Jerusalem. Founded and headed 'Kol Yerushalyim' Kolel.
3. Mishnat Ya'avetz. Jerusalem 5736 (1976). Dedication by author Rabbi Yaakov Bezalel Zolty, on 29.08.1976, to Rabbi Aryeh Leib Grosnes .
Rabbi Yaakov Bezalel Zolty (5680-5743, 1920-1983), one of the famous Torah scholars. Served as a member of the Supreme Rabbinical Court and as Chief Rabbi of Jerusalem.
4. Beit Ha'Bchirah (known as the Meiri) to Tractate Sanhedrin. Frankfurt 5690 (1930). Dedication by editor Rabbi Avraham Sofer from 7 Av 5700 (11.08.1940) to Rabbi Nathan Neta Fried, rabbi and teacher in 'Wein-Williamsburg' Yeshiva, the author of 'Nitei Natan.'
Rabbi Avraham Sofer (1897-1982), editor of religious literature. He spent many years publishing a new edition of the 'Beit Ha'Bchirah' works by Rabbi Menachem Ha'Meiri.
All books in good-excellent condition.
