Portfolio with 34 printed works of Jerusalem.
The drawings depict the Old and New City of Jerusalem. Black ink on white paper. Minimal lines form the sketches: Western Wall, Mt. of Olives, Mt. Zion, Temple Mount, synagogues, characters in traditional dress, mosques, churches in the Old City and other unique scenes from the City of Jerusalem.
The collection is within the original cardboard portfolio with a drawing of the Old City of Jerusalem [tears to the cardboard].
Brian Lalor (born 1941) is an Irish artist.
Altogether 34 leaves. 18 drawings measure 24x37 cm. 12 measure 36x49 cm.
Very fine condition.
