In 2012, at an exhibition of street art held at the Tel Aviv Museum and accompanied by a book on the subject, some of Mintz's works appeared and it was written that she is "one of the most fascinating poetry writers in Tel Aviv. "Mintz is unique in the landscape of street singing in particular and street art in general."
Mintz's poems reflected a sharp critique of the art world's indifference to what goes on "under the house." During the day, the art world adopted the upper floors of the workshop buildings, while at night, this neighborhood became a familiar area of prostitution. The crumbling urban landscape finds its place in Mintz's works also through material work processes. The aesthetics of destruction are embodied in the works not only through the objects collected from the outside, but also through the texture that expresses the cracked and neglected surface of the city. Through the construction of layers of fabric, paper, adhesives and other materials on the substrate, and processes of peeling, tearing and pouring of cleaning materials, the works get a rough patchwork look, incorporating the fragile and dismantled urban environment into the content.
Beginning in 2014 she began creating together with her partner, street artist Dede. The couple got to know each other through street art, and work and exhibit together at joint exhibitions around the world. In 2016, the two presented the exhibition "No Place" at the Haifa Museum.
In 2017–2019, Mintz and Dede were invited to exhibit their work in Prague, Belgrade, Lodz, Berlin and at the Pulse Art Fair in Miami.
In 2018, Mintz won the Ministry of Culture's award for artist at the beginning of his career.
