Bezalel graduate - impressive and large oil works

Bachelor's degree in Art, Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, Jerusalem

'' My works begin with the act of rapid drawing, the work driven by a state of "detached" stream of consciousness and processed into a language I have built over the years consisting of signs, codes and private jokes. The product maintains a landscape, islands full of fortifications, body parts, coniferous forests, melting ice creams. The signs maintain relationships and connections with each other and for the most part the internal logic of the work is understood to me only after it has been done. The images I draw are from the real world and from a visual place of computer language. The work contains texts with a sonic effect that brings the viewer closer to understanding without a real explanation. In my works I examine what the image becomes when it is realized, from the private, routine and indistinguishable state; And receives attribution, and a unique status and even acquires the status of an icon.
