Shabbat Plates [2]. Porcelain, 20th Century
Two porcelain Shabbat plates. 20th century.
Large, white porcelain plate for Shabbat with the text גוט שבת in black and red. Small handles. 26 cm. diameter. Very fine condition.
Havdala plate. Gilt rims, in the form of a flower, along with the blessing on wine and גוט וואך and גוט יאהר. Star of David at center (slightly faded), with the blessing of המבדיל בין קודש לחול and red decorations. 20 cm. diameter.
Maker's stamp on the back: B. Grunebaum CASSEL.
Light blemish to the surface, near the Star of David. Fine condition.
