2 Vintage Matelasse Bedspreads Vignette and Flowers
2 Vintage c1940s matelasse bedspreads. Spread #1 is a classic vignette medallion style with a scroll leaf and flower frame, an inner border of flowers, and leaves, and a small overall dot and grid outer border, measuring 80 x 83 inches, and in good condition with several large yellow stains and an ink mark. There is a number 448 on the top and bottom edges. Spread #2 measures 80 x 86 inches, it has concentric wreaths of flowers and leaves, a frame of flowers and lilies, and a dotted outer border. Has the number 64 along the top and bottom. In good condition with storage discoloration and spots, and an ink mark. These items are from the estate of Laura Fisher.
