Eleanor Burnette, a vintage lithograph print Untitled No. 65, 1989, depicting an abstract composition in a pastel color scheme. Numbered and dated lower right. Matted and framed. The lot does not include: Glimpses of America exhibition booklet, Francois Hollywood Studio postcard, a photograph depicting Eleanor Burnette at the exhibition - the photos of these three items are displayed for provenance purposes only. Eleanor Burnette, 1944 to 2020, Afro-American female artist. After graduating from Chicago State University in 1976, the artist moved to Princeton where she studied under the guidance of Chaim Gross. Burnette experimented with different techniques and participated in numerous exhibitions including events at Virginia Lynch Gallery in Tiverton, Carrier Fine Art Festival, UFA Gallery, and others.
