A Letter from Rabbi Yosef Leib Sofer. 1912

A letter in the handwriting and with the signature of Rabbi Yosef Leib Sofer, Av Beit Din of Paks [Hungary], dated: 1912.

A responsum which he wrote to Rabbi Shmuel Meir Hollander, Av Beit Din and Dayan of Czernowitz. In-depth halachic discussion regarding one who agreed on the eve of Pesach to buy chametz from a non-Jew after Pesach.
