Obv.: College & leg "HUC | Three Score and Ten" (ref. 46 years since Wise's passing away) & commem. dates 1875 - 1945 + Heb. leg. "Source of Living Waters" at base. Rev.: right bust of Rabbi Wise + name & "Founder". Wise (1819-1900) was Rabbi w/reformist orientation; emigrated to US to lead reform Jewish congregation; wrote first widely accepted "Minhag America" prayer book; founded Hebrew Union College as a theological seminary & Central Conference of American Rabbis. In AU-UNC, w/surface scratch/metal imperfection on obv.
