Call of Mercy - Emotional Cry from Tzvi Pesach Frank for the General Day of Prayer Due to the Difficult Situation in the Land of Israel. 1940's

Poster in which Rabbi Tzvi Pesach Frank calls out emotionally 'to the people who live in Zion' to participate in a prayer due to the persecution and pogroms against Jews in Israel and the exile in the years after the Holocaust.

"Knesset Yisrael, people of G-d, in pain and anguish the entire time of this long exile ... but the last twenty years, have been exceptional, on the one hand, a beam of light has shone for the Jewish people by way of the beginning of the ingathering of the exiles to our Holy Land by license of the governments ... and at the same time the evil ones of the nations of the world have started to persecute the remnant of our nation with anger and fury in all the countries and lands using race theory and destruction spreading poisonous snake venom to the murderous masses who are inflamed to destroy and wipe out, G-d forbid, the Jewish people ...  but furious and agitated, pressured and hurried are the oppressors of Israel as they see the hand of G-d stretched out over us for our benefit and to reestablish our ruins, to place a light and vestige for the people of Israel in the land of their fathers ... they are conspiring to find ways to cause sorrow to the remnants of the sword in all the countries in which they are scattered. And if Esav and Yishmael consulted together about us in the evil of the middle ages to destroy and wipe out all the toil of our hands over the generations, do not despair, and our spirit should not fall ..."

In light of the difficult situation, Rabbi Tzvi Pesach Frank calls a general day of prayer as in "Those with chariots and those with horses, but we, in the name of G-d call out." The signature of Rabbi Tzvi Pesach Frank is printed on the border of the poster.

Size: 50x35 cm. Stains. A few tears on the border.

Fine condition.
