Appeal for support for the JNF issued by religious farmers
Interesting poster connecting the activities of the Keren Kayemeth L'Israel with giving Eretz Yisrael to Knesset Yisrael according to the Torah.
The placard appeals to "our brethren, Bnei Yisrael, who observe the Torah and Mitzvot in Eretz Yisrael and the Diaspora." It was issued on behalf of the religious kibbutzim and settlements in Palestine, with the goal of fortifying the Keren Kayemeth L'Israel.
In this appeal, they write that Eretz Yisrael is the only safe place for Knesset Yisrael both spiritually and materially, and mutual responsibility obligates the nation to support the fund that redeems the homeland and enables the purchase of vast swaths of land for settlements for thousands of people. It concludes with an interesting statement that connects the JNF's activities with the fulfillment of the Torah. "We know that true Jewish life is impossible without the framework of the Torah and only during the time when the nation's hunger for land will be broken; and the Keren Kayemeth L'Yisrael is the one who gives the Eretz Yisrael that belongs to Hashem to Knesset Yisrael."
