Handwritten details about a Jew named Elchanan son of Masha who needs salvation are on one side of the page. The Chazon Ish wrote two names for whom to pray on the reverse.
The Chazon Ish used to write the names of people who turned to him with requests that he pray for them on papers that he had with him.
