כתב יד חסר בתחילתו ובסופו. קובץ פירושים ותרגומי מילים בפרסית-יהודית, על מסכתות שונות בש"ס, שלא על פי הסדר.
כ-[250] דף. 18 ס"מ. מצב בינוני-גרוע. כתמים ובלאי. נזקי רטיבות, דפים רבים צמודים ומודבקים זה לזה. דפים וקונטרסים מנותקים. קרעים. דיו דהוי ומחוק במקומות רבים. כריכת עור מקורית בלויה ופגומה, ללא צדה האחורי.
