Megillat Esther on klaf parchment. Turkey, 19th century.
Handwritten by a sofer. Ink on parchment. Special tags on the top lines. With a tail, wound about an etzhayyim in the shape of a tower, made of wood, with an engraving of Yoel b. Aharon. One parchment was added later in a differnt handwriting. Some of the letters are smudged, a few stains and corrections. Kashrut not determined. Size: 7 pieces of parchment, 21 lines per column. Height of the parchment: 16.5cm, length: around 280cm. Height of the etzhayyim: 40cm. Generally good condition.
