Copper plate—a map of the Land of Israel and the holy places. Egypt, 1930 approximately.
Engraving work by an artist. In the middle is a map of the Land of Israel with the borders from the British Mandate. On the four sides of the map are engravings of holy sites in Jerusalem: people praying at the Western Wall, the Dome of the Rock, the Church of the Holy Sepulcher, and Gethsemane Garden. With the names of the sites in Englis. At the bottom is an inscription: Palestine. A few dents. Diameter: 29cm. Generally good condition.
