Handsome Shadrut letter-Tzfat, 1900.
Handsome reference letter, sofer script writing in ink on paper. Signed and stamped by rabbis and heads of the Ashkenazi and Sefardi communities in Tzfat. The Shadar is the grandson of the Ba’al Shem Tov, the DegelMachaneh Ephraim, the TureiZahav, and RavShaul Wahl. The letter, some of which is in block lettering and mainly written in Rashi script, is given in a wooden frame. 53x41cm. Generally good condition.
