A Palestinian Thobe Dress, Bethlehem, c. 1925. Ottoman silk fabric. Application of various fabrics, decorated with intricate couching with silk and metal threads (on the chest panel - Qabbeh). Length: 129 cm. Maximal width: 96 cm (short sleeve). Overall good condition, minor flaws. See similar item in: L'Orient des Femmes Vu par Christian Lacroix, edited by Musee du Quai Branly, p. 102.
