Rabbi Yitzchak Arieli (1896-1974) was the mashgiach of Yeshivat Merkaz HaRav and the rabbi of a neighborhood in Jerusalem, author of the Einayim Law Series. And winner of the Israel Prize for Torah Literature for the year 5726.
