Passover Haggadah with many original illustrations as well as extensive commentary arranged by R. Yehuda Dovid Eisenstein. With Hebrew and English directives. With illustrations by the famous artist Lola. The illustrations reflect Jewish life in America in the 1920’s in various places, e.g. in the illustration portraying the four sons, the wise son is unusually shown as a clean shaven Talmudic scholar and the wicked son as a bare headed boxer (a sport that was popular in that era with unaffiliated Jewish youth).
