Them there is the signature of the Dayan Rabbi Shmaya Landsberg.

Rabbi Michael Michel Noah Sachs served as Av beit Din of Lipna and them as Av beit Din of Plock (he was afriend of Rabbi Akiva Eiger and is referred to in his Responsa). Now "his community can no longer support him" and he needs the financial support of members not of his poor community. Rabbi Levin describes Rabbi Michel's respected pedigree and among others, mentions his grandfather Rabbi Michel Hassid Av Beit Din of Berlin.

He served as a rabbi in Glogau, London, Halberstadt and Menheim. In circa 1872 he became a rabbi in Berlin, a position he held for 27 years.
He was involved in the dispute between his uncle Rabbi Ya'akov Emden and rabbi Yehonatan Eibeschitz and wrote several article supporting his uncle. Among his compositions: Zvi La'Tzaddik, Tzava Rav, Lechem Shamayim and more.
Rabbi Meir Weill of Lissa (1744-1826) served as a Dayan of the Beit Din of rabbi Levin since 1784. He fought against members of the community who wanted to introduce changes into the order of the prayer. He corresponded with Rabbi Akiva Eiger, the "Beit Meir" and the "Chemdat Shlomo". Since 1809, he served as Rosh Av Beit Din of Berlin.
Rabbi Shmaya Landsberg (died in 1824) served as a Dayan of the Beit Din of Rabbi Levin in Berlin.
