New York: good luck-fund raising token for Hebrew Kindergarten & Infants Home, circa. 1920-1930 (hand-engraved on the coin 1928 probably by the first owners). size: 32.75mm; weight: 7.2g.
Opened in 1905 and functions to this day. Three different fundraising tokens were issued, all containing the address of the day school on Montgomery Street as well as the addresses of the orphanage on Plainview Avenue and Central Avenue, in Far Rockaway.
