Lot, 3 copies of the book “Phaedo” by father of the Jewish Enlightenment (Haskala), Moses Mendelssohn, first and second edition.
1. Berlin, 1787. First edition. 2. Berlin, 1787. Unique copy in block type, as opposed to the other copies of the first edition, which were printed in Rashi script. Page numbering is also different. First edition. Binding and last pages are missing. 3. Brno, 1798. Bound together with “HaNefesh,” same printing date. Second edition. Different sizes and editions, generally ok to good condition.
