Decorated wall candlestick. Made by "Bezalel", Sharar Group, Jerusalem, [ca.1920s].
Wood; copper, repousée and engraved. Marked "Bezalel", "Sharar".
Wall candlestick made of a repousée copper plaque fixed on a wooden base. The plaque is decorated with sun beams and stars around the candle's base, with a round medallion on the upper part depicting the spies carrying a cluster of grapes.
28.5X18 cm. Good condition. Some stains and bends to copper. Slight soldering repairs. Worming damages and cracks to wood.
